To Change your Password |
Your password must be 4 to 8 numeric digits in length.
From the Website:
- Click on “Your Account” at the top of the page
- Under “Password Options”, type in your new 4-8 digit numeric password
- Re-enter your new password. Click the “Submit” button to save changes.

To Set Up You’re Main Greeting |
From the Website:
- The Main Greeting must be setup and accessed from the telephone IVR.
|
To Set Up Your Voice Mail Notification and Scheduled Report Notification |
Turn notification on to receive email, pager or fax notifications for new voice-mail,
scheduled reports (caller activity), or receive your monthly bill. You can integrate your
e-mail, pager or fax with your IVR system so you are notified in real time whenever a caller
accesses one of your extensions. Phone Real Estate will send the 10-digit phone number the
caller is calling from and the listing number to the e-mail, pager or fax number requested.
From the Website:
- Click on “Notification”
- Click the check box next to “Activate Voice mail or Report Notification”
- Enter an e-mail address, fax or pager number to tell the system where you want to be notified
- Click “Save Settings” to save changes
NOTE: To send e-mail text to your phone, your phone must
have an email address. If you do not have an email address
for your phone, please contact your cell phone provider.

To Set Up Your Listings/Extensions |
You can create a separate listing (extension) for each item
you plan to advertise and offer prospects information on.
By default, listings extensions are 3 digits in length within
the range from 100-199.
From the Website:
- Click on “Listings”. You have listing extensions 100-199 to setup
- Enter a description for the listing. For example “Elm Street House”
- Click the check box next to “Enable Extension” to activate this extension
- Click the check box next to “Enable Voice Mail” to activate voice mail for this extension
- Click the check box next to “Enable Locate Me” to receive calls from prospects calling about your properties
- Click the check box next to “Enable Fax Back” to allow callers to receive faxed details about your properties

To Delete a Listing/Extension |
From the Website:
- Click on “Listings”.
- To delete an extension, click delete at the bottom of each individual extension

To Listen to You’re Voicemails |
From the Website:
- Click on “Get Voicemail”
- From the drop down menu choose “New Voicemail, Saved Voicemail or All Voicemail”
- Click on the speaker symbol next to the corresponding voicemail to listen to your message
Click on ‘Delete Voicemail” to delete message.

All operations are performed from the Administration Menu through your assigned
toll-free number or from the Phone Real Estate Customer Portal on our website. To
access your administration menu from a telephone:
- Dial your toll-free number
- Press * (star) # (pound) * (star) when you hear the greeting
- Enter the numeric password created when setting up the account
- You are now in the administration Menu

To Change your Password |

- Press 5 – To change your password. Enter new password followed by the # (pound) key.

- Press 3 – For main greeting setup
- Press 2 – To record or re-record your custom greeting
- Press 1 – To listen to your custom greeting

To Set Up Your Notification |

- Press 1 – To add or change a call route. This tells the system at what e-mail, pager or fax number you want to be notified.
- Press 2 – To setup or change your default pager number
- Press 3 – To setup or change your default fax number
- Press 4 – To setup or change your time zone setting
NOTE: To send e-mail text to your phone, your phone must
have an email address. If you do not have an email address
for your phone, please contact your cell phone provider.

To Set Up Your Listings/Extensions |
You can create a separate listing (extension) for each

To Delete a Listing/Extension |
From the Administration Menu:
- Press 2 – For extension set up
- Press 3 – To delete an extension, enter the 3 digit extension number

To Listen to You’re Voicemails |
From the Administration Menu:
- Press 6 – To Listen to You’re Voice Mails
- Press 1 – To hear your new voice mails
- Press 2 – To hear you’re previously saved voice mails

To Receive an Activity Report |
From the Administration Menu:
- Press 4 – To receive an activity report. You’re activity report request will be processed
|
To Upload a FAX for a Listing/Extension |
You can upload a fax for each listing/extension so callers can receive fax
back information. This operation can be performed either from a telephone or via
the Phone Real Estate Customer Website (fax upload coming soon). You must
have a fax with a telephone handset to upload a fax from a telephone. If
none is available, contact Phone Real Estate via the website’s feedback form
so we can contact you to upload it for you.
Have your fax ready in the fax machine. Dial your toll free number from
the handset on the fax machine.
From the Administration Menu:
- Press 2 – For extension setup
- Press 2 – To review or edit an extension
- Enter 3 digit extension for fax upload
- Press 6 – For extension fax back options
- Press 1 – To enable document faxing for this extension
- Press 2 – To submit a document via fax for this extension
- After the tone plays, begin sending your fax by pressing the start/send button on your fax machine
